NO DEPOSIT - No deposit is required to book. There is nothing to pay until the day for local hires. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE - We hold £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. SAFETY TESTS - All our inflatables are tested annually by an RPii Inspector to latest safety standard BS EN14960, and our electrical equipment is PAT tested. We take your safety very seriously. NO CANCELLATION FEES - No cancellation fees up to 24 hours before your hire date. For whatever reason we will not charge you a cancellation fee as long as we have 24 hours notice, otherwise we have the right to charge 100% of the hire value. WET WEATHER GUARANTEE - If it’s raining on the day of your party and you don’t want the castle, just call us before 8am on the day to cancel and there is nothing to pay!
