Q) Do you hire over-night?
A) Yes we do, providing the location is safe and secure

Q) Do you hire on hard-standing concrete outside?
A) We will hire on concrete, but we might ask a few extra questions to ensure it's completed safely.

Q) How much does the blower cost to run?
A) It's surprisingly cheap. On average it's 20 pence per hour of use.

Q) Can adults use the castles?
A) If the bouncy castle has come from our children's Bouncy Castle range, then no. We understand it can be tempting to "have a go", but it's dangerous for you and those around you, and could damage the castle, too.

Q) Can the castle be used in the rain?
A) We have shower covers on most of our castles to keep light showers off. However, the issue is with the blower itself. While we use water-proof connections and RCD's, it's not advised to keep it going during the rain.

Q) What time will it be delivered?
A) We have a booking system which allows you to put in your preferred times. However, if it's a home hire for the garden all day, we try to deliver between 08:00-10:00 and pick-up between 17:00-20:00. This is largely dependant on location and other hires that day.
We do of course have specific times for halls.

Q) It's raining, can I cancel?
A) Yes, if it's raining then you can cancel the hire, and we will refund you 100% as long as you let us know 12 hours before we are due to deliver.

Q) Do you provide extension cable?
A) Yes, we provide a 25 metre long extension cable for every hire.
