Bouncy Castle Hire & Sign Language?

To date, we have had 8 customers that use sign language as their primary means of communication. We had the rather fulfilling experience today of being able to greet our customers, say hello and good morning and ask them to read the disclaimer, wish them a good day and arrange a collection time.

They booked a pink princess bouncy castle in Crayford community hall. We've been steadily building a great relationship with this hall for a while now, and actually arrived a little early to ensure it was set-up in good time for their party.

It's amazing how much sign language you pick up when you have young children. Admittedly it wasn't perfect, but it was enough to make us feel good about ourselves and for the customer to smile that we had made an effort for them.

Where did we learn this sign language? Where else does any parent learn it... Mr Tumble! A really fulfilling experience!
